Dispatch and delivery times
Normally parcels arrive in 1-2 working days in Germany. Parcels usually arrive 3-5 days after they have been ordered in the rest of Europe. Your order will be dispatched very quickly. All the items „In stock“ are shipped on the same day they were ordered or on the next day. Orders outside Germany will be shipped with GLS, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking code in order to follow your parcel. In individual cases it might happen that orders under 30 Euro will be shipped by Deutsche Post, but only within Germany. In very rare cases it may happen that your ordered product is temporarily sold out. In such case you will be informed as soon as possible about availability and the estimated delivery time.
Can I place a telephone order?
We currently only accept online orders.
Different delivery address
Of course you can enter a delivery address that is different from the billing address. Please use the “change address” option within the order transaction. In such case the parcel will be shipped with delivery note and without price information, while you will receive the invoice separately.
Can I change my order details?
As far as your order has not been dispatched already, it is possible to change order details like the addresses, details, or contents of your order. Please send an email to bestellung@pensionfuerprodukte.de or call + 49 (0)40 380 389 72 (Mo-Fr 9 – 18 PM)
Delivery to packing stations
You have the option to receive your parcel at a packing station. Please use the “change address” option within the order transaction and enter the detailed delivery address with the number of the packing station and your eight digits post number.
Please note that shipment with DHL to a packing station takes longer than regular shipment with GLS!
Shipment tracking
Parallel to the GLS dispatch you will get an email with your GLS tracking code in order to follow your parcel at any time.
What do if the delivery not arrives?
If an item bought and paid for, but this is not received after a few days for you, please send us an email. We will follow the shipment for you and find out quickly what has happened.
Returns
Is the merchandise not to your liking you can return it within 14 days, please see our Terms & Conditions. If merchandise value exceeds EUR 40 VAT incl we bear the costs of return shipment. If merchandise value is under EUR 40 VAT incl you bear the costs of return shipment.
Is the merchandise in any way defective, and you would like to return it? No problem! For returns please contact our customer service for detailed information about how to accurately process the return. Of course we bear the costs of return shipment, but we do not accept "not prepaid" shipments.
